Protein Pancake Muffins

Simple PROTEIN πŸ₯ž Pancake Muffins! These don’t get easier and they were a big hit with the kiddos. Be sure to share with a friend and SAVE πŸ‘ˆ for later!

Ingredients:
1 c GF Pancake Mix
1 Egg (flax egg is an alternative)
1 Tbsp Oil
Half scoop Hanna Valley Protein - Cinnamon or Vanilla
3/4 c of Almond Milk

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients together and let sit for two minutes to thicken. Place approximately 2.5 Tbsp of mixture in each muffin space. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.

Optional toppings - chocolate chips, pecans, walnuts, dried fruit, sprinkles, etc.
