Protein Truffles

These 👉PROTEIN TRUFFLES👈 are sooo delicious!!! Be sure to save this one for later! Bonus that you can use any of the Hanna Valley flavors to go along with this one...

Ingredients: 
Vanilla Protein Balls-
- 1/2 c Nut or Seed Butter
- 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup (Honey if you prefer)
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 2/3 c Hanna Valley Protein - Vanilla

Chocolate Mocha Java-
- 1/2 c Nut or Seed Butter
- 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup (Honey if you prefer)
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
- 2 tsp Instant Espresso (dissolved in 2 tsp warm water)
- 2/3 c Hanna Valley Protein - Chocolate

Snickerdoodle Balls-
- 1/2 c Nut or Seed Butter
- 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup (Honey if you prefer)
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 2/3 c Hanna Valley Protein - Cinnamon OR Vanilla

Optional toppings-
- Matcha, Sesame Seed, Chia Seed, Sunflower Seed, Coconut Shavings, Hemp Hearts, Chopped Nuts, Chopped Dried Fruit, Mini Chocolate Chips, Cacao Nibs

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together - form 12, 1 in balls. It should make a dough consistency. If too wet, add some additional protein powder or ground flax to thicken. If too dry, add 1 Tbsp of liquid (water or milk) at a time until formable. Roll with desired toppings and refrigerator in air tight container.
